The American born beauty burst onto the Hollywood radar in 1998 with the movie Wild Things, being drop dead gorgeous and having great genetics never hurts in Hollywood, we will just gloss over that whole Charlie Sheen experiment.

So one might be asking about how she got her body apart from having great genetics well that’s simple it’s down to hard work and diet in a 2011 edition of Self Magazine Ms Richards says her workout consists of mostly dance numbers and Pilates and her diet consists of 80% vegetarian cuisine, she insists that she eats a lot of meals during the day staying away from the traditional larger 3 meals routine, and now has at least 6 smaller meals consisting of egg whites, oatmeal, rice, chicken and lots of fruits and veggies.
